Hi Debbie here firstly let me thank you for coming to look at my website.

Just a little bit about me i was once in the same position as you are overweight and

feeling down then i found my answer.

I made this website to help and try and inspire everybody else to do the same

I’m a 37 yrs old  mother of 3 children working full time

oh and a hubby ha ha
